A sun-drenched morning room adjoins the kitchen, ideal for a leisurely breakfast.

The upper floors house five bedrooms and four bathrooms, connected by a spiral staircase that winds up to a viewing tower offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding hills, sea, and mountains.

The basement includes a wine cellar, utility space, and storage.

Amenities & Activities

Leading down from the villa is a large swimming pool, with pool house fully equipped with bathroom and summer kitchen. The deck chairs and parasols offer guests the ability to lounge in complete privacy.

Within the villa is a private health studio, with yoga mats, a fully equipped gym with cardio machines and free weights.

Guests arrive via a private driveway from Avenue Francis de Croisset, and there is ample parking on-site

The centre of Grasse lies just to the west—an easy, scenic walk along a flat road (note: it can get busy at times)

Just below the villa sits a charming pony club, visible from the property, and licensed by the Fédération Française d’Équitation.

Further up the mountain side is the Riviera Nature Adventure Park with rope climbing and zip lining activities -perfect for an active day out.
